Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Yep, that's all that's left to do now! Uhh what other news...

Got a new job! I work at a local games-and-apps firm that makes stuff for the local oil barons and assorted Big Companies. I'm doing the usual stuff -- graphics work, animation, etc. I'm in my element.

Anything new? Well, I've been busy working a lot, doing odd jobs (I was working three jobs at one point, doh XD), but I think everything is settling down now, phew. I guess that means I should probably start drawing the Winterkings again.

Speaking of which...! It's still getting revamped from here to tomorrow. Much of the story premise is waiting on research, actually; I plan on taking a spin across Europe (again), Germany in particular, to investigate a certain castle out there in the wilderness. Yes, that's relevant to the plot. XD It's all about the experience! Also, bears.

And now I'm rambling. Uhh what else is new... a renewed interest in Transformers (o rly?), some other comics in the works, and I've been learning how to walk in spring-stilts. Next up: running!

Always a pleasure to work with the CDW, dahling. ;D Welp, as lovely as it would be to take a spin around Schloss Neuschwanstein, it seems that I may have to make my choices based on the time of year, present company involved (;D), as well as accessibility and potential history involving fires and subsequent rebuilds! So much history, so little time!

Also, finances. XD

As for shit being flipped, I daresay a lot of elements have been taken away, but a lot more new content has been added as well. The plot has been shorn of extraneous plot threads, and the wandering point has finally been nailed down like a naughty eel. I've also been wracking my sad, sackless brain for ideas on how to avoid the dreaded 'talking heads' syndrome for an upcoming info dump. And it's going to be a huge, smelly dump indeed, my dear Ross.
